krawall&wunder

"krawall&wunder" is a brand with a loud name and a distinct attitude. For this project, I designed two physical touchpoints: a whitepaper and a roll-up banner. The challenge was straightforward—how do you take an edgy, energetic brand and apply it to a text-heavy document and a large event display? I had to make sure the brand's personality came through without making the actual information hard to read.

Whitepapers are notoriously boring to look at. My goal was to fix that. Since it is packed with text and data, I relied on a strict editorial grid to keep things organized. I used plenty of whitespace, clear headings, and strong typography to break up the massive blocks of text. The layout keeps the reader from getting overwhelmed and makes the complex information easy to digest, all while maintaining the brand's sharp visual style.

A roll-up banner has one job: get noticed from a distance. Instead of overcrowding the canvas with too much text, bullet points, or graphics, I kept the layout incredibly minimal. It relies entirely on high contrast and a short, direct message. It is loud enough to grab attention at a busy event, but clean enough that someone walking by can read it in three seconds.
